Sales Development Rep
We’re looking for a results-driven sales development representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. You can earn upwards of 80k+ when you hit your goals with a base PLUS UNCAPPED commissions and bonuses.
Responsibilities
  • Present, promote, and sell insurance-related products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform simple conversations and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through warm, referral, and cold calling
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
  • Be a part of a group under a Fortune 500 company
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, help track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Provide quotes for customers
  • Continuously improve through feedback
Skills
  • Proven work experience as a sales representative
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Openness to feedback
  • MUST be able to pass all licensing requirements for Property and Casualty and Life/Health

Compensation $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
